Ingredients
- 🫘 Mung Bean Noodles – 100g
- 🌶️ Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
- 🍚 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🍜 Prepare mung bean noodles according to package instructions.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, and salt to make the sauce.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions to the sauce.
- 🥗 Combine the cooked noodles with the prepared sauce.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve chilled or at room temperature.
