Ingredients

  • 🫘 Mung Bean Noodles – 100g
  • 🌶️ Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
  • 🍚 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍜 Prepare mung bean noodles according to package instructions.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, and salt to make the sauce.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onions to the sauce.
  • 🥗 Combine the cooked noodles with the prepared sauce.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve chilled or at room temperature.
