Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread – 4 slices
- 🧀 Cheese – 2 slices
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🌶️ Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌱 Coriander – chopped
Instructions
- 🥬 Mix shredded cabbage with salt, chili sauce, and chopped coriander.
- 🍞 Spread the cabbage mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
- 🧀 Add a slice of cheese on top of the cabbage.
- 🍞 Cover with the remaining bread slices.
- 🥪 Toast the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
