Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread – 4 slices
  • 🧀 Cheese – 2 slices
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🌶️ Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌱 Coriander – chopped

Instructions

  • 🥬 Mix shredded cabbage with salt, chili sauce, and chopped coriander.
  • 🍞 Spread the cabbage mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
  • 🧀 Add a slice of cheese on top of the cabbage.
  • 🍞 Cover with the remaining bread slices.
  • 🥪 Toast the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
