Ingredients
- 🥩 Wagyu skirt steak – 8 oz
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍾 Mirin – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the Wagyu skirt steak by trimming excess fat.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, and minced garlic.
- 🥩 Marinate the steak in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a skillet or grill over high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- 🌿 Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain. Garnish with green onions and serve.
