Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🌱 Miso paste – 2 tbsp
- 🍄 Dried shiitake mushrooms – 5
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
- 💧 Vegetable broth – 4 cups
- 🌶️ Chili oil – optional
Instructions
- 🍄 Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water.
- 🔥 Sauté garlic and onion in a pot, then add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- 🌱 Stir in miso paste and simmer. Add sliced carrots and cooked mushrooms.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles separately until al dente.
- 🥣 Assemble ramen: noodles, broth, toppings (green onions, chili oil). Serve hot.✨
