Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
  • 🌱 Miso paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🍄 Dried shiitake mushrooms – 5
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
  • 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
  • 💧 Vegetable broth – 4 cups
  • 🌶️ Chili oil – optional

Instructions

  • 🍄 Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water.
  • 🔥 Sauté garlic and onion in a pot, then add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  • 🌱 Stir in miso paste and simmer. Add sliced carrots and cooked mushrooms.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles separately until al dente.
  • 🥣 Assemble ramen: noodles, broth, toppings (green onions, chili oil). Serve hot.✨
