Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup, softened
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🍚 Sugar – 1 cup
- 🌾 Flour – 1 1/2 cups
- 🍓 Strawberries – 1 cup, chopped
- 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- 🍥 Baking powder – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix wet ingredients.
- dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 🍓 Gently fold wet into dry, then add strawberries.
- 🧁 Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
- ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
