- 🧂 Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes with spices, chilies, and lemon juice.
- 🔥 Heat a pan and cook the potato mixture until heated through.
- 🌯 Warm the tortilla or roti on the same pan.
- ✨ Spread the potato mixture evenly over the tortilla.
- 🧅 Garnish with onions and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately.
