Ingredients

  • 🥒 Cucumber – 1 large, grated and squeezed dry
  • 🥣 Greek Yogurt – 2 cups plain and thick
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, finely minced
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1 tbsp fresh juice
  • 🌿 Fresh Dill – 2 tbsp finely chopped
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp extra virgin
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥒 Grate the cucumber and use a clean cloth to squeeze out all excess moisture.
  • 🥣 In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • 🌿 Fold in the squeezed cucumber and freshly chopped dill until well combined.
  • 🫒 Drizzle with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt to taste.
  • ❄️ Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
