Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine diced tomatoes, onions, and fresh herbs in a medium mixing bowl.
  • 🌾 Stir in the flour, baking powder, and seasoning until a thick batter forms.
  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 🥄 Drop large spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
  • ✨ Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, then serve warm.
