Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🍚 Rice flour – for binding
- 🫘 Gram flour (besan) – for coating
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Spices – turmeric, chili powder, cumin
Instructions
- 🥔 In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices. Add rice flour to bind.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
- 🥘 Make small patties from the potato mixture, coat in gram flour.
- 🍳 Gently place the patties in hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- 🌿 Serve hot with chutney or sauce. Enjoy your Goan snack! ✨
