Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🍚 Rice flour – for binding
  • 🫘 Gram flour (besan) – for coating
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Spices – turmeric, chili powder, cumin

Instructions

  • 🥔 In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices. Add rice flour to bind.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
  • 🥘 Make small patties from the potato mixture, coat in gram flour.
  • 🍳 Gently place the patties in hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🌿 Serve hot with chutney or sauce. Enjoy your Goan snack! ✨
