Ingredients

  • 🍚 Idli – cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
  • 🫘 Mustard seeds – for tempering
  • 🥄 Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🍚 Add the idli pieces and podi to the pan.
  • 🔄 Toss well to coat the idli with the podi mixture.
