Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli – cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🌶️ Podi (spice powder) – your choice
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
- 🫘 Mustard seeds – for tempering
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🍚 Add the idli pieces and podi to the pan.
