Ingredients
- 🍚 Semolina (Sooji) – 1 cup
- 🧈 Ghee – 1/2 cup
- 💧 Water – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
- 🧡 Saffron strands – a pinch
- 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup
- 🍇 Raisins – 1/4 cup
- 💚 Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- 💛 Food Coloring (optional) – a pinch
Instructions
- 🔥 Roast semolina in ghee until golden brown and fragrant. Keep aside.
- 💧 Boil water with saffron strands and food coloring (if using).
- 🥣 Add roasted semolina to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 🍬 Stir in sugar and cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture thickens and ghee separates.
- 🌰 Garnish with roasted cashews and raisins. Serve Kesari Bath hot or warm. ✨
