Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🍅 Canned diced tomatoes – 1 can
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Vegetable broth – 4 cups
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🥚 Eggs – soft boiled (optional)
- 🍥 Fish cake – sliced (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic and onion in a pot until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add diced tomatoes and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- 🥣 Serve noodles in broth, topped with soft-boiled egg and fish cake if desired.
