- 🌿 Lemongrass – 2 stalks

- 🍃 Lime leaves – 3-4

- 🍤 Shrimp or tofu – your choice
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté lemongrass, chili, and lime leaves in oil.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and shrimp/tofu; cook until tender.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
