  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
  • 🍤 Shrimp or tofu – your choice

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté lemongrass, chili, and lime leaves in oil.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and shrimp/tofu; cook until tender.
  • 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  • 🍜 Add cooked noodles and stir well.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lime juice, garnish, and serve hot.
