Ingredients
- ☕ Espresso – double shot
- 🥛 Milk – of your choice
- 🥄 Mascarpone cheese – 2 tbsp
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 1
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 🍫 Cocoa powder – for dusting
- 🧊 Ice cubes
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone, egg yolks, and sugar until smooth.
- ☕ Brew a double shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
- 🧊 Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- 🥛 Pour milk over the ice, leaving room for the espresso and mascarpone mixture.
- 🥄 Gently pour the espresso over the milk, then spoon the mascarpone mixture on top. Dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy immediately!
