- ☕ Espresso – strong, hot
- 🍦 Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 scoops
- 🥮 Ladyfingers – broken
- 🍫 Cocoa Powder – for dusting
- 🍶 Mascarpone – a dollop (optional)
Instructions
- ☕ Prepare hot espresso.
- 🍦 Place scoops of vanilla ice cream in serving glasses.
- 🥮 Crumble ladyfingers over the ice cream.
- ☕ Pour hot espresso over ice cream and ladyfingers.
- 🍫 Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately. Add mascarpone dollop if desired.
