Ingredients

- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 1 1/4 cups

- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions
- 🌡️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🥣 Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- 🥚 Add eggs one at a time, then stir in heavy cream, flour, and lemon juice (if using).
- 📃 Line a springform pan with parchment paper, allowing it to extend over the edges.
