Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – thick wheat noodles
  • 🐔 Chicken – small pieces

  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🥕 Carrots – sliced
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Chili powder – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté garlic, onion, and green chilies in a pot until fragrant.
  • 🐔 Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  • 🥕 Add carrots, cabbage, and other vegetables. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 💧 Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and chili powder. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot. ✨
