Thick cut fried noodles

Ingredients

  • 🍜 Thick cut noodles – 8 oz
  • 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 cup, cubed
  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🛢️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🐔 Add chicken (or tofu) and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • 🥦 Add broccoli and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • 🍜 Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
