Ingredients
- 🍜 Thick cut noodles – 8 oz
- 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 cup, cubed
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🛢️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions, stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🐔 Add chicken (or tofu) and stir-fry until cooked through.
- 🥦 Add broccoli and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 🍜 Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
