Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 4 pieces
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves minced
- 🌿 Lemongrass – 2 stalks, finely chopped
- 🌶️ Chili – 1, finely chopped
- 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with garlic, lemongrass, chili, honey, fish sauce, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- ♨️ Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🍗 Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- 🔪 Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
