Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken thighs – 4 pieces
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Lemongrass – 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1, finely chopped
  • 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp
  • 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with garlic, lemongrass, chili, honey, fish sauce, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
  • ♨️ Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🍗 Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • 🔪 Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
