Ingredients
- 🦐 Prawns – peeled and deveined
- 🌶️ Thecha – (chili garlic paste)
- 🍚 Appam – (rice pancake)
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few sprigs
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and curry leaves.
- 🌶️ Sauté until onions turn golden, then add thecha paste and cook for a minute.
- 🦐 Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 🍚 Serve hot thecha prawns with warm appam.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (optional).
