Ingredients

  • 🥟 Dim sum wrappers
  • 🌿 Thai basil – chopped
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – minced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🍚 Soy sauce
  • 🫘 Sesame oil

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in sesame oil until softened.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and chili (if using) and cook until tender.
  • 🌿 Stir in Thai basil and soy sauce.
  • 🥟 Fill dim sum wrappers with the mixture.
  • ♨️ Steam the dim sums for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and serve.
