Ingredients
- 🥟 Dim sum wrappers
- 🌿 Thai basil – chopped
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – minced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili – finely chopped (optional)
- 🍚 Soy sauce
- 🫘 Sesame oil
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in sesame oil until softened.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and chili (if using) and cook until tender.
- 🌿 Stir in Thai basil and soy sauce.
- 🥟 Fill dim sum wrappers with the mixture.
- ♨️ Steam the dim sums for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and serve.
