Instructions

  • 🥛 Make soy milk from soybeans and water, then strain.
  • 🔥 Heat soy milk in a pot.
  • 🍋 Add coagulant (lemon juice or gypsum powder) and let it set.
  • 🍬 Prepare a simple syrup with sugar, water, and pandan leaves (optional).
  • 🥣 Gently spoon the soft tofu into bowls and pour syrup over. Add toppings like red beans.
