Ingredients

  • 🍚 Tapioca pearls – 1 cup
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  • 🥣 Mix tapioca, mashed potatoes, green chilies, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  • 🖐️ Shape the mixture into small sticks.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the tapioca sticks until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot and enjoy! Garnish with extra cilantro or a sprinkle of chaat masala.
