Ingredients
- 🍚 Tapioca pearls – 1 cup
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 💧 Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
- 🥣 Mix tapioca, mashed potatoes, green chilies, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- 🖐️ Shape the mixture into small sticks.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the tapioca sticks until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍽️ Serve hot and enjoy! Garnish with extra cilantro or a sprinkle of chaat masala.
