Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs or breasts – 1kg cut into chunks
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1 cup plain, thick
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 tbsp minced
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp grated
- 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp spice blend
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and tandoori masala in a large bowl.
- 🍗 Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat thoroughly, refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
- 🥘 Arrange chicken on a rack or tray and cook for 20–25 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- ✨ Serve hot with fresh cilantro and onion rings for an authentic finish.
