Ingredients
- 🥚 Tagliolini pasta – 8 oz
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- ⚫ Black pepper – freshly ground
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook tagliolini in salted boiling water until al dente.
- 🔥 While pasta cooks, melt butter in a pan.
- 🍝 Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water.
- 🧀 Toss pasta in butter, add parmesan cheese and black pepper. Add pasta water if needed.
- ✨ Serve immediately with extra parmesan.
