Ingredients
- 🌽 Sweet corn kernels – 2 cups boiled and crushed
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – a handful, chopped
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup for binding
- 🧂 Salt and spices – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine the crushed corn, mashed potatoes, onion, chilies, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
- 🍞 Mix in the breadcrumbs until the dough is firm enough to shape into small patties.
- ✋ Shape the mixture into round or oval kababs with lightly oiled palms.
- 🍳 Shallow fry the kababs in a pan with hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- ✨ Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup for a delicious crunch.
