Ingredients

- 🥚 Eggs – 2, beaten

- 🫒 Olive oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil.
- 🧀 Mix cooked rice, garlic oil, cheese, and parsley.
- 🥚 Form into small balls, dip in egg, then breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Fry in hot olive oil until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot.
