  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped
  • 🫒 Olive oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
  • 🧄 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil.
  • 🧀 Mix cooked rice, garlic oil, cheese, and parsley.
  • 🥚 Form into small balls, dip in egg, then breadcrumbs.
