Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – 200g
- 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, sliced
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1 cup, shredded
- 🥕 Carrot – 1/2 cup, julienned
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped (optional)
- 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp, crushed (optional)
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
- 🍶 Suki sauce – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 🔥 Stir-fry chicken or tofu until cooked through. Add garlic, onion, and chili (if using).
- 🥕 Add carrots, cabbage, and suki sauce. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- ✨ Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
- 🥜 Garnish with crushed peanuts and green onions before serving.
