Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – 200g
  • 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, sliced
  • 🥬 Cabbage – 1 cup, shredded
  • 🥕 Carrot – 1/2 cup, julienned
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped (optional)
  • 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp, crushed (optional)
  • 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
  • 🍶 Suki sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • 🔥 Stir-fry chicken or tofu until cooked through. Add garlic, onion, and chili (if using).
  • 🥕 Add carrots, cabbage, and suki sauce. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  • ✨ Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  • 🥜 Garnish with crushed peanuts and green onions before serving.
