Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice paper wrappers
- 🥬 Shredded lettuce
- 🥕 Julienned carrots
- 🥒 Sliced cucumber
- 🌱 Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
Instructions
- 💦 Dip rice paper in warm water until soft.
- 🥬 Lay the wrapper flat and fill with lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and herbs.
- 🥢 Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- 🥢 Repeat with remaining ingredients.
