Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice paper wrappers
  • 🥬 Shredded lettuce
  • 🥕 Julienned carrots
  • 🥒 Sliced cucumber
  • 🌱 Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)

Instructions

  • 💦 Dip rice paper in warm water until soft.
  • 🥬 Lay the wrapper flat and fill with lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and herbs.
  • 🥢 Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • 🥢 Repeat with remaining ingredients.
