Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups, day-old is best
  • 🌶️ Chili Flakes – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🫑 Bell Pepper – 1/2, diced
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2, lightly beaten
  • 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
  • 🍚 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Sesame Oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍳 Scramble eggs and set aside.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and bell peppers, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Stir-fry until heated through.
  • 🥚 Add scrambled eggs and mix well. Garnish with green onions and serve hot. ✨
