Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Pad Thai Sauce – store-bought or homemade
  • 🍋 Lime – wedges for serving

Instructions

  • 🍜 Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened.
  • 🍳 Scramble eggs in a wok or large pan, then set aside.
  • 🍤 Stir-fry shrimp until pink and cooked through.
  • 🍝 Add noodles, Pad Thai sauce, and cooked egg to the pan. Toss well.
  • 🌱 Mix in bean sprouts and crushed peanuts. Serve hot with lime wedges. 🍋
