Ingredients
- 🍜 Rice Noodles – flat, dried
- 🍤 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 🥚 Eggs – lightly beaten
- 🥜 Peanuts – crushed
- 🌱 Bean Sprouts – fresh
- 🌶️ Pad Thai Sauce – store-bought or homemade
- 🍋 Lime – wedges for serving
Instructions
- 🍜 Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened.
- 🍳 Scramble eggs in a wok or large pan, then set aside.
- 🍤 Stir-fry shrimp until pink and cooked through.
- 🍝 Add noodles, Pad Thai sauce, and cooked egg to the pan. Toss well.
- 🌱 Mix in bean sprouts and crushed peanuts. Serve hot with lime wedges. 🍋
