Spicy chilli-butter fried eggs

Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🌶️ Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and add chilli flakes and garlic.
  • 🍳 Gently crack eggs into the pan.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper.
  • 🍳 Fry until whites are set and yolks are still runny (or cooked to your liking).
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
