Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
- 🥭 Kokum – 2-3 pieces
- 🌶️ Green chili – 1/2 (optional)
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🥃 Mezcal – 1 shot
Instructions
- 💧 Soak kokum in warm water for 10 minutes to extract flavor.
- 🍹 In a blender, combine coconut milk, kokum water (remove kokum pieces), green chili, and garlic.
- 🧊 Blend until smooth.
- 🥃 Stir in mezcal.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve chilled.
