Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • 🥭 Kokum – 2-3 pieces
  • 🌶️ Green chili – 1/2 (optional)
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🥃 Mezcal – 1 shot

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak kokum in warm water for 10 minutes to extract flavor.
  • 🍹 In a blender, combine coconut milk, kokum water (remove kokum pieces), green chili, and garlic.
  • 🧊 Blend until smooth.
  • 🥃 Stir in mezcal.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve chilled.
