Ingredients
- 🍝 Serpentini pasta – 1 pound
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh basil – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
Instructions
- 끓 Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- 🔥 While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
- 🍝 Drain pasta, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water. Add pasta to skillet with garlic oil. Toss to coat.
- 💧 Add a little pasta water at a time to create a light sauce, if needed.
- 🌿 Stir in basil and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy! ✨
