Ingredients
- 🍸 Gin or vodka – 2.5 oz
- 🫒 Olive brine – 1 oz
- 🌶️ Pimento peppers – 1 oz, chopped
- 🧊 Ice cubes
- 🫒 Green olives – for garnish
Instructions
- 🧊 Chill a martini glass with ice.
- 🍸 In a shaker, combine gin/vodka, olive brine, and pimento peppers.
- 🧊 Add ice to the shaker and stir until well-chilled.
- 🍸 Strain into the chilled martini glass.
