Ingredients

  • 🍚 Paella Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🦑 Calamari – 1/2 lb, sliced
  • 🐚 Mussels – 1 lb, scrubbed
  • 🐟 Fish Stock – 4 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🍅 Tomato – 1 large, diced
  • 🌿 Saffron threads – a pinch
  • 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a paella pan with olive oil.
  • 🍅 Add diced tomato and cook until softened.
  • 🍚 Stir in paella rice and saffron, then add fish stock.
  • 🥘 Arrange seafood (shrimp, calamari, mussels) over the rice.
  • 🥘 Simmer until rice is cooked and seafood is done. Garnish with lemon.
