Ingredients
- 🍚 Paella Rice – 2 cups
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🦑 Calamari – 1/2 lb, sliced
- 🐚 Mussels – 1 lb, scrubbed
- 🐟 Fish Stock – 4 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🍅 Tomato – 1 large, diced
- 🌿 Saffron threads – a pinch
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a paella pan with olive oil.
- 🍅 Add diced tomato and cook until softened.
- 🍚 Stir in paella rice and saffron, then add fish stock.
- 🥘 Arrange seafood (shrimp, calamari, mussels) over the rice.
- 🥘 Simmer until rice is cooked and seafood is done. Garnish with lemon.
