Ingredients

- 🍚 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat water and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- 🧊 Let the sugar syrup cool completely.
- 🧡 Mix seabuckthorn puree, sugar syrup, and lemon juice.
- ❄️ Churn in an ice cream maker or freeze, stirring every 30 mins until solid.
- 🥄 Scoop and serve chilled.
