Ingredients

  • 🧡 Seabuckthorn puree – 2 cups
  • 💧 Water – 1 cup
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat water and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  • 🧊 Let the sugar syrup cool completely.
  • 🧡 Mix seabuckthorn puree, sugar syrup, and lemon juice.
  • ❄️ Churn in an ice cream maker or freeze, stirring every 30 mins until solid.
  • 🥄 Scoop and serve chilled.
