Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 6 large
- 🥩 Sausage meat – 400g
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 100g
- 🌿 Fresh herbs – chopped (optional)
- 🍚 Flour – for coating
- 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying
Instructions
- 🥚 Boil eggs until the yolks are jammy, then cool.
- 🥩 Divide sausage meat and wrap around each peeled egg.
- 🍚 Coat each egg in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Deep fry until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.
- 🔪 Halve and serve warm, optionally with mustard.
