Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 6 large
  • 🥩 Sausage meat – 400g
  • 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 100g
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs – chopped (optional)
  • 🍚 Flour – for coating
  • 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying

Instructions

  • 🥚 Boil eggs until the yolks are jammy, then cool.
  • 🥩 Divide sausage meat and wrap around each peeled egg.
  • 🍚 Coat each egg in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
  • 🔥 Deep fry until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.
  • 🔪 Halve and serve warm, optionally with mustard.
