Ingredients
- 🌾 Sattu flour – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🫓 Wheat flour – for dough
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🛢️ Oil/Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare sattu filling by mixing sattu flour, onion, chilies, coriander, and spices.
- 💧 Knead wheat flour with water to make a soft dough.
- 🥟 Stuff the dough with sattu filling and roll into parathas.
- 🔥 Cook parathas on a hot griddle with oil/ghee until golden brown on both sides.
- ✨ Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
