Ingredients

  • 🌾 Sattu flour – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🫓 Wheat flour – for dough
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🛢️ Oil/Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare sattu filling by mixing sattu flour, onion, chilies, coriander, and spices.
  • 💧 Knead wheat flour with water to make a soft dough.
  • 🥟 Stuff the dough with sattu filling and roll into parathas.
  • 🔥 Cook parathas on a hot griddle with oil/ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  • ✨ Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
