Ingredients

  • 🍔 Burger buns – 2
  • 🥔 Potato – 2 boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🇮🇳 Indian spices – to taste (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder)
  • 🧀 Cheese slice - optional

Instructions

  • 🥔 Prepare the aloo (potato) patty by mixing mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
  • 🖐️ Shape the mixture into patties.
  • 🔥 Shallow fry or bake the patties until golden brown.
  • 🍔 Toast the burger buns lightly.
  • Assemble the burger with patty, cheese (optional), and your favorite chutneys or sauces.
