Ingredients
- 🍔 Burger buns – 2
- 🥔 Potato – 2 boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🇮🇳 Indian spices – to taste (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder)
- 🧀 Cheese slice - optional
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare the aloo (potato) patty by mixing mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
- 🖐️ Shape the mixture into patties.
- 🔥 Shallow fry or bake the patties until golden brown.
- 🍔 Toast the burger buns lightly.
- Assemble the burger with patty, cheese (optional), and your favorite chutneys or sauces.
