Salted salmon roe and salmon onigiri

Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🍣 Salmon fillet – 4 oz, cooked and flaked
- 🥚 Salted salmon roe (Ikura) – 2 tbsp
- 🍙 Nori seaweed – 2 sheets
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🍚 Gently mix the cooked rice with flaked salmon and a pinch of salt.
- 🖐️ Wet your hands to prevent sticking, then take a portion of the rice mixture.
- 🔺 Form the rice into triangular shapes (onigiri).
- 🍙 Wrap each onigiri with a strip of nori seaweed.
- ✨ Top each onigiri with a generous amount of salted salmon roe and serve immediately.
