Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – 1 cup
  • 🍣 Salmon fillets – 2
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp minced
  • 🌱 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🧅 Green onions – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍚 Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • 🫚 Sauté ginger in a pan, then add salmon and cook until done.
  • 🌱 Deglaze the pan with soy sauce, coating the salmon.
  • 🍚 Fluff the cooked rice and mix in the salmon and ginger.
  • 🧅 Garnish with green onions and a squeeze of lemon (optional).
