Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 1 cup
- 🍣 Salmon fillets – 2
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp minced
- 🌱 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Green onions – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 (optional)
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 🫚 Sauté ginger in a pan, then add salmon and cook until done.
- 🌱 Deglaze the pan with soy sauce, coating the salmon.
- 🍚 Fluff the cooked rice and mix in the salmon and ginger.
- 🧅 Garnish with green onions and a squeeze of lemon (optional).
