Ingredients
- 🍶 Sake – 1 cup
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 4
- 🍦 Heavy cream – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks in a separate bowl.
- 🌡️ Temper the yolks by slowly adding the warm milk mixture.
- 🍶 Stir in sake and heavy cream.
- ❄️ Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions, then freeze for at least 6 hours.
