Ingredients

  • 🍶 Sake – 1 cup
  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
  • 🥚 Egg yolks – 4
  • 🍦 Heavy cream – 1 cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  • 🥚 Whisk egg yolks in a separate bowl.
  • 🌡️ Temper the yolks by slowly adding the warm milk mixture.
  • 🍶 Stir in sake and heavy cream.
  • ❄️ Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions, then freeze for at least 6 hours.
