Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sabudana (tapioca pearls) – soaked
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🥜 Peanuts – roasted and crushed
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice
  • 🧂 Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chilies, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  • 👐 Mix well and shape into small patties (vadas).
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer.
  • ♨️ Gently slide the vadas into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
