Ingredients
- 🍚 Sabudana (tapioca pearls) – soaked
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🥜 Peanuts – roasted and crushed
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chilies, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- 👐 Mix well and shape into small patties (vadas).
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer.
- ♨️ Gently slide the vadas into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
