Ingredients
- 🥛 Mawa (khoya) – 1 cup
- 🥮 All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- 🧈 Ghee (clarified butter) – ½ cup
- 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
- 🌱 Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- 🌰 Chopped nuts – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix mawa and sugar well.
- 🧈 Add ghee and flour, mix to form a smooth batter.
- 🌱 Stir in cardamom powder.
- 🧁 Pour into greased cake molds.
- 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Garnish with nuts.
