Ingredients

  • 🥛 Mawa (khoya) – 1 cup
  • 🥮 All-purpose flour – 1 cup
  • 🧈 Ghee (clarified butter) – ½ cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
  • 🌱 Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
  • 🌰 Chopped nuts – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix mawa and sugar well.
  • 🧈 Add ghee and flour, mix to form a smooth batter.
  • 🌱 Stir in cardamom powder.
  • 🧁 Pour into greased cake molds.
  • 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Garnish with nuts.
