Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
- 🛢️ Oil/Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- 💧 Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- ⏲️ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
- 🍳 Cook each roti on a hot griddle until golden brown spots appear on both sides, using oil/ghee.
