Ingredients
- 🎃 Kabocha Squash – 1 medium, halved and seeded
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🍁 Maple Syrup – 1 tablespoon (optional)
- 🍂 Sage – 2 sprigs, fresh (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🔪 Cut the kabocha squash into wedges.
- 🥣 Toss with olive oil, maple syrup (if using), salt, and pepper.
- 🌿 Arrange on a baking sheet with sage sprigs (if using).
