Ingredients

Instructions
- 🔪 Score the pork belly skin in a crosshatch pattern.
- 🧂 Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- 🧅 Place quartered onion in the roasting pan.
- ♨️ Roast at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour.
- 🔥 Increase heat to 450°F (232°C) and roast for 30 more minutes, or until skin is crispy.
- 🔪 Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
