Ingredients
- 🥩 Pork roast – 3-4 lb
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, quartered
- 🥕 Carrots – 2, roughly chopped
- 🥔 Potatoes – 4 medium, quartered
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 💧 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 🔪 Season pork roast with salt, pepper, and garlic. Place in a roasting pan.
- 🧅 Add onions, carrots, and potatoes around the roast.
- 🌿 Drizzle with olive oil and add rosemary sprigs.
- ⏲️ Roast for 25-30 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest before carving.
