Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🥬 Lettuce leaves – for wrapping
  • 🥕 Shredded carrots – 1/2 cup
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Chili sauce – to taste
  • 🥢 Rice paper – for wrapping

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
  • 🥬 Lay rice paper on a flat surface and place lettuce leaves on top.
  • 🍚 Add rice, carrots, cucumber and any other desired fillings.
  • 🌶️ Drizzle with chili sauce to taste.
  • 🥢 Carefully roll up the rice paper tightly and serve immediately.
