Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🥬 Lettuce leaves – for wrapping
- 🥕 Shredded carrots – 1/2 cup
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Chili sauce – to taste
- 🥢 Rice paper – for wrapping
Instructions
- 💧 Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
- 🥬 Lay rice paper on a flat surface and place lettuce leaves on top.
- 🍚 Add rice, carrots, cucumber and any other desired fillings.
- 🌶️ Drizzle with chili sauce to taste.
- 🥢 Carefully roll up the rice paper tightly and serve immediately.
